COVID-19 Update

The Navori team wishes to inform all our customers and partners of the measures we have taken to ensure the safety of our staff and the continuation of service while the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves.

  • All non-essential travel has been cancelled.
  • Our sales staff and support personnel have been asked to work remotely – simply call the usual phone number and you will be forwarded to the right person.
  • Anyone who requires assistance or wishes to register a support request should open a Support Ticket on the Navori Extranet.  Once your ticket is received, it will be assigned to a support technician for follow-up.
  • Our engineering team is continuously monitoring the health of our SaaS network so you can expect the same levels of service as usual during this outbreak.

Please note these measures will remain in effect until further notice.
